The Rules Committee submitted the following fiscal note for HR 8: 1. Zero, House Rules Committee Representative Rokeberg rose to a point of order stating the debate was straying from the resolution before the body. 2004-02-05 House Journal Page 2515 The Speaker stated he would allow members some latitude in the debate. The question being: "Shall HR 8 pass the House?"
